HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO FIND A JOB?

That depends upon your qualifications and the jobs we have available. All the jobs we advertise are live jobs today. When you apply for a specific job, if your CV/Resume is a good match, we call you to arrange a pre-interview with us. If suitable, we send your CV/Resume on to our client.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CV/RESUME IS WRITTEN PROPERLY?

We process and respond to every CV/Resume within 24 hours!

HOW MANY JOBS MAY I APPLY FOR?

We will put you forward for as many job's that suit your preferences and skill set! However, we will never send your CV/Resume to a client for any job without first discussing it with you and getting your permission to do so!

Of course! All serious job hunters use more than one agency to find a job. You have to do whatever you need to do to secure a job. We're here to help you succeed, not hinder your efforts!

HOW LONG WILL MY INTERVIEW LAST?

CRS has no control over the time frame or the questions asked in an actual interview.

SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING WITH ME TO THE INTERVIEW?

Nothing required. Because most of our vacancies are professional or technical roles, many of our clients include some kind of testing or case study work in their interview processes.

I JUST GOT HIRED! WHAT NOW?

First off - we're always happy to receive a testimonial from those who have been successful in using CRS Recruitment. Other than that ... we stay in constant contact with candidates to manage through your Job Offer or Acceptance Letter. We'll clarify any questions you may have in regards to a job offer as well as any other questions you may have. Before your start date, we'll call to wish you luck, to make sure all is well, and to check that you are suitably prepared. We also call after your first couple of weeks in the new job to make sure you are happy!

HOW DO I POST A JOB?

If your business needs employees skilled in one of the disciplines we advertise, simply contact us and we'll be happy to fill you in on the details.

HOW MANY APPLICANTS WILL YOU FIND ME?

We only send CV/Resumes for candidates that can definitely do the job. We don't throw mud at the wall just to see what sticks! We would rather provide you with three qualified candidates than ten who are not suitable for your business.

DO YOU DO REFERENCE CHECKING ON APPLICANTS?

Permanent Candidates: No. All reference and background checks are the responsibility of the employer. Daily Contracting Candidates: We do all reference checks on candidates before we suggest them for placement with your business!
